Day one of the roadshow on Kenyan professionals. A Kenyan delegation led by PS Shadrack Mwadime, the Secretary of State from the Kenyan Ministry of Labour, visited Rothenberger AG, a true hidden champion of the German industry, together with the CDG. The focus was on the Labour Migration Agreement between Kenya and Germany, which was signed in September 2024. The aim: to create opportunities for qualified Kenyan professionals in the German job market and simultaneously address the skills shortage in this country. Particularly exciting was the direct dialogue with those responsible at Rothenberger AG – practical, open, and with an eye on sustainable partnerships. I am convinced: Such encounters are key to bringing international cooperation to life and creating genuine win-win situations. #LabourMigration #Kenya #Germany #Professionals #InternationalCooperation
