Global transformation requires new forms of collaboration. Securing skilled workers, industrial transformation, resilient supply chains and access to raw materials can no longer be considered separately. Labour markets, education systems and international partnerships are increasingly converging. What is crucial is not only what is needed but also how collaborations are structured: reliable, fair, scalable – and with genuine value creation on both sides.
